Grand Tour host to switch on lights

FORMER Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond is to switch on Ross-onWye’s Christmas lights.

The Grand Tour star, who has lived in nearby Westonunder-Penyard for over 10 years, will be performing the duties at 4.30pm on Sunday, November 27.

The switch-on is the finale of a full day of activities as part of the Herefordshire town’s Christmas Fayre.

From 11am to 5pm, visitors can take in over 70 stalls selling an array of gift ideas for family and friends, a selection of food and drink, including the popular Beefy Boys, live music and a

Santa grotto, while The Grinch will also be causing mayhem throughout the day.
