So that’s what the budget was all about

AH, now I think understand the term ‘Levelling Up’, as proposed by the Government.

I have calculated that my increase of 10.1% on my pension almost exactly matches my increase of 5% of my council tax!!! This is ‘Levelling’ at its best, methinks.

So I will have a significant ‘Levelling Down’ related to higher cost of living, fuel prices, food prices etc, etc. Not a pretty sight.
