Just after 7pm on November 28, 2004, the young banker and father was shot three times at point blank range on his own doorstep in a seemingly motiveless assassination.

Despite one of the biggest police manhunts launched in Scotland, Alistair’s murder remains unsolved.

This documentary retraces every step of the case, from the killer’s arrival at the Wilson house that night, right through to the current investigation and examines the unique peculiarities of this case using an extensive archive and dramatic reconstruction.
