Dynasties II
The captivating nature series returns to provide fresh insights into the lives of some of the planet’s most charismatic animals.
We begin in the remote highlands of Patagonia, where a solitary mother puma named Rupestre battles to raise four cubs. The family faces extreme elemental forces, from driving white-out blizzards to 100mph winds and, to feed her cubs, Rupestre must grapple with giants – guanaco – which are nearly three times her size.
Hunting is not her only problem, however – more than 30 rival puma also stalk these hills, among them a fearsome male whose desire to mate with Rupestre puts her cubs
in mortal danger and a rival female who is determined to lay her own claim on Rupestre’s territory.
Then Barbara Met Alan
Barbara Lisicki and Alan Holdsworth, disabled entertainers who met at a cabaret gig and fell in love, set about changing the conversation surrounding disability in the UK in the 1990s. It was their campaigning that led to the passing of the 1995 Disability Discrimination Act.
Far from a worthy, joyless telling of the pair’s struggles, this is an immensely enjoyable and celebratory love story, with Baftanominated
Ruth Madeley (Years And Years) and Arthur Hughes (Help) heading a superb ensemble cast.

Not Going Out
Lee Mack’s fab sitcom returns with a tribute to the late Bobby Ball, who played Lee’s father Frank. A shame, then, that it ends up on their wall.
