EASTENDERS

It’s set to be an emotional week in Walford as Zack and Whitney discover their unborn baby has been diagnosed with Edward’s Syndrome. After some words of encouragem­ent from Sharon, Zack vows to be there to support Whitney, but she begins pushing him away.

Nish tells Suki they are renewing their vows on Thursday, but she has to reassure him that he’s the man for her after he spots her looking friendly with Mitch. Eve later calls round to try to talk her out of going through with the ceremony, but they realise that someone has overheard their heated conversati­on.

Denise discovers that Jack is investigat­ing Ravi and Lola and Jay return from their honeymoon, ready to confide in Ben about their financial worries.

CORONATION STREET

Stephen tries to oust Carla from the business, but only makes matters worse for himself. Not only does she find out, he then accidental­ly drinks the Lsd-laced tea he made for her, which impacts on his ability to impress a potential new client. Later he gets engaged to a delighted Elaine but persuades her to keep quiet about it. They also buy a swanky apartment, but things take a nasty turn when he shows his violent side while buying drugs.

Summer and Aaron begin arguing after she discovers he’s been in touch with his ex. A night out doesn’t clear the air – in fact, matters get worse when he ends up drunk in bed with a passed-out Amy.

EMMERDALE

A dishevelle­d Paddy returns, seemingly ready to make amends with his loved ones, but it becomes clear that he’s really reaching out to them to say goodbye. Bear fears the worst when he discovers his son has disappeare­d again, leaving behind a letter, and Paddy’s friends and family are given even more reason to panic when Rhona reveals that the surgery’s bolt gun is missing. Can the villagers find Paddy before it’s too late?

Elsewhere, Amy proposes to Matty, but he can’t help worrying that she only did it to bolster her chances of getting custody of Kyle. Moira is fuming after Matty confides his fears in her, but that’s nothing compared with Cain’s reaction when he finds out about Amy’s plan.

HOLLYOAKS

Emotions are still running high over the teens’ camping trip and, when Leah and Charlie are taken in for questionin­g following an anonymous tip-off, Honour decides there’s only one thing for it – she’s going to have to call an emergency PTA meeting. Amidst all the accusation­s and finger pointing, Darren and Nancy do their best to defend Charlie, but in the process accidental­ly reveal the whole story.

Sally’s job is hanging in the balance, forcing the Mcqueens to get back to their scheming ways so they can cover their rent. Goldie sets up a pop-up shop, only for Prince to flog their wares to the wrong person, while Demarcus’ first day at the garage proves dangerous.

POBOL Y CWM

Anita and Diane are keen to get on with the wedding planning, but something is holding Kelly back, while Sioned proves to DJ that she really wants to go to Ireland with him.

Tyler is torn by temptation when Garry offers him one last job and Eileen is disappoint­ed when Alaz leaves Penrhewl to search for work in the village. And, distracted by trying to find her mother’s killer, Tesni ignores the signs that her health is deteriorat­ing.
