Driver dies after two ambulances collide

A MAN has died following a collision involving two ambulances on the A499.
The emergency services were called to the scene of the collision in Y Ffor, near Pwllheli, Gwynedd, at around 3pm yesterday.
The driver of one of the ambulance vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene and their next of kin have been informed.
Three other people were taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd, in Bangor, with what were believed to be serious injuries.
The A499 was closed for several hours following the collision.
