They produce artisan spirits and liqueurs on their organic farm, including a seaweed-infused gin made with algae from the Welsh coast. You can go on a tour of the distillery, where you will be shown all parts of the process from brewing, through to distilling, bottling, labelling, and the warehouse, where they age the whisky.
