Probe as man’s body found

THE body of a man was found near Holyhead Port yesterday.

Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to the scene near Lands End on the perimeter of the Anglesey port just after 9am.

A Welsh Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “We were called by North Wales Police to attend a medical incident near Holyhead Port at 9.09am this morning.”

North Wales Police are investigating the incident.
