New faces at law firm’s Cardiff team
LAW firm Eversheds Sutherland has welcomed partner Charles Reynard to its Cardiff-based corporate team.
Mr Reynard, whose background is in both private practice and inhouse within the energy and chemicals industries, joined the law firm’s Leeds office in 2013.
His relocation to the firm’s Cardiff office is in response to growing client demand for energy experience and specialist mergers and acquisitions (M&A) expertise in the local market. It continues the investment in and development of the team’s existing capability within the region.
The Cardiff corporate team has been further bolstered by the appointment of associate Amy Strettle from Burges Salmon.
Lawyer Peter Graystone, who recently qualified at Eversheds Sutherland, has also joined the team.
Paul Pugh, head of the Cardiff corporate team at Eversheds Sutherland, said: “We’re delighted to be able to welcome Charles, Amy and Peter to our team.
“In terms of M&A and private equity work, we’re seeing significant levels of client activity in the region, the UK and internationally.
“It’s fantastic to have this extra capability and expertise in place to meet that increasing demand.”
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Reynard, said: “I have been working alongside the Cardiff team for several years and I am delighted to have been invited to join such a capable and dynamic team.”
