Smacking children in Wales could soon become illegal

WHY would a parent ever consider using violence? To assult and inflict pain on a child is unacceptable in this day and age. An maybe if you can’t control a child using positive parenting, and incentives you should really consider how fit a person you are to be a parent. Michael Bowen
