S4C reveal line-up for coverage of the new
S4C have confirmed their team of pundits, presenters and commentators for their coverage of the upcoming Guinness PRO14 season.
The Welsh-language channel will show games from the Celtic competition on their free-to-air channel next season as they continue their long-standing relationship with the competition.
The broadcaster recently signed a new deal that will see them broadcast games from the competition for the next three seasons.
S4C will show a total of 17 live games next term, including the festive derbies and the final of the competition should a Welsh region be involved.
They also boast coverage of further matches that will be broadcast on a delay.
There’s a familiar feel to S4C’s line-up next term – Gareth Rhys Owen will front their coverage with reporter Catrin Heledd on the sidelines.
Gareth Charles and Gwyn Jones will be in the commentary box, supplemented by a team of pundits including; Nicky Robinson, Andrew Coombs, Dafydd Jones, Deiniol Jones, Caryl James and Dyddgu Hywel.
