Wales is blessed with places to visit if you fancy a pamper and we’ve been looking at the best autumn 2018 deals.
From hot stone massages to mud chambers, we’ve looked through the top ones to see exactly how you can chill out and relax with some luxurious treatments.
Here are some of the best places to go with deals that you mean you can enjoy some proper “me time”.
1. BRYN MEADOWS

There’s also an indoor pool, a hydrospa and Jacuzzi as well as a steam room, sauna and aromatherapy suite.
Must-have treatment: Enter the Rasul mud room chamber (£20 from Monday to Friday and £22.50 at weekends) for a self applied cleansing ritual that uses mud, heat and steam. Exfoliate with a luxurious deep sea salt scrub, followed by marine mud to cleanse and hydrate your skin.
When the mud is applied relax in the volcanic heated chamber. The oils locked inside the mud are mentholated, which is the perfect partner to the steam, meaning you unwind in the warmth and your respiratory system benefits from the steam which has been infused to detoxify your skin.
Then finish with a gentle monsoon shower to relieve the tensions and wash away the mud.
The skin is left fully nourished and leaves you feeling revitalised.

What’s there: The Forum Spa offers 16 treatment rooms, plus a range of saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzis, plunge pools and a relaxation pool overlooking the rooftop garden. There are also the Ocius Treatment Rooms, which are situated in the Celtic Manor Golf Club, just up through the Roman Road golf course from the main hotel.
Must-have treatment: Enjoy the Elemis Biotec Firm-a-Lift facial which lasts for 50 minutes. Your skin will be glowing afterwards. Beware of the price difference though – it’s £52 Mondays to Thursdays and £64 Fridays to Sundays.

What’s there: Within the spa you will find a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and several treatment rooms along with a state of the art new gym. There is also a new relaxation room so that after your spa treatment you’ll be able to relax and chill out for a while.
Must-have treatment: Their rejuvenating hot stone treatment is two hours of absolute bliss. It includes a facial body polish, massage and stone placement. It’s the ultimate and complete head-to-toe experience and costs £120. Special deals: A spa day with a two-course lunch, which includes a 55-minute treatment and spa ritual and a glass of prosecco, is £99.50 per person (Monday to Thursday).

What’s there: If you want a lush treatment with a world class view you need to head here. You can enjoy a wide range of Elemis face and body treatments and then enter a zen-like state in the thermal suite which features experience showers, a whirlpool, salt steam and sauna.
And if you do want a work out, you can do it looking at the stunning views.

What’s there: The popular golfing resort – which is also the base of the Welsh rugby team – has 19 treatment rooms, and three relaxation zones – the chill zone (full of leather sofas and glossy magazines), the float zone (think water beds and gently trickling water features) and the slumber zone (complete with shimmering lanterns and sumptuous quilts). You’ll also find a pool, Jacuzzi, saunas and steam rooms in Wales’ largest spa.
Must-have treatment: The Temple Spa Champagne & Truffle Deluxe Treatment is £85 and the creme de la creme of facials.
It’s just the thing if you are looking for a serious celebration for the skin, containing ingredients such as champagne, silk, diamonds, gold and of course black truffles.
