Who are the key players? Harry Kane (Spurs) -

Who else? The England captain is a talisman for club and country and has returned to goal-scoring form in ominous style, bagging a brace last week at Huddersfield and one against Barcelona.

Cardiff must find a way of stopping the goal machine, who will take on extra responsibility without Alli and Eriksen.

Josh Murphy (Cardiff ) -

He has been the brightest spark for Cardiff going forward this season with the pace to trouble any defence — and will be feeling more confident after scoring his first Premier League goal against Burnley. Cardiff’s challenge will be getting Murphy into the game.

What have the managers said? Pochettino:

“I think with full respect to Cardiff it will be a tough game. In the Premier League there are no easy games.

“We will have full respect for Cardiff. It will be so tough. It has been difficult to beat them for different teams. We were watching.”

“They’re a really good exciting team and with the English lads they’ve got we should be proud of Poch for giving them an opportunity.

“I think he’s super, he’s a lovely guy. I’ve always done quite well against him actually.

“No disrespect to Tottenham but I think he’ll go onto higher things.”
