Nuffield Health named Private Hospital Group of the Year
NUFFIELD Health picked up the award for Private Hospital Group of the Year, for a second year, at the Laing Buisson Awards 2018 last month. The award celebrates high-quality care and continuous improvement, as well as innovation and excellence in going above and beyond.
With a network of 31 hospitals across the UK, including Nuffield Health Cardiff & Vale Hospitals, the group has concentrated on enhancing patient satisfaction and quality care across the organisation. To date, 94% of its hospitals reviewed by regulators have achieved a rating of good or outstanding.

For the Laing Buisson award, Nuffield Health was selected from a finalist group of seven private hospital groups within the UK. The finalists included a mixture of not-for-profit, privately owned and publicly listed organisations. In June 2018, Nuffield Health group also won the Health Investor of the Year award for the second year running. This award recognised outstanding contribution to healthcare through innovation and excellence in healthcare products and services.
