How they rated

-

NEIL ETHERIDGE

Didn’t have a massive amount to do, but did well when called upon. The save to deny Mounie in the first half was a particular highlight.

BRUNO MANGA

Plenty of effort and he actually made some decent runs going forward, but a consequence of that was that he found himself out of position too often. Still looks unconvincing as a full-back

SOL BAMBA

Looked a little sluggish in truth, and got sucked in by the Huddersfield front line far too often. Made some decent interventions but this was a pretty average performance.

SEAN MORRISON (C)

His air kick at the far post from close range in the first half more or less summed up his afternoon. The skipper looked worryingly below par on the day.

JOE BENNETT

Did well on his return to the side, although he was perhaps a little lucky not to have given away a penalty during THAT moment late on.

ARON GUNNARSSON

Showed signs of being the midfield enforcer we all know and love, but some poor touches meant that, on the whole, this was a rather scrappy performance.

VICTOR CAMARASA

A frustrating afternoon for the Spaniard, who laboured to find his best form before unfortunately limping off with an injury.

NATHANIEL MENDEZ-LAING

Looked very bright early on and did well to shake off Chris Schindler’s awful early tackle to remain a threat on the right-hand side. Looked lively all afternoon.

JUNIOR HOILETT

A decent performance from the Canadian, who should have been awarded a penalty after being fouled by Florent Hadergjonaj in the first half.

CALLUM PATERSON

Can’t fault his effort, but this was a largely anonymous performance from the stand-in striker.
