Two injured in three-car crash

TWO people were taken to hospital after a three-vehicle crash in Swansea on Monday night.

One driver remains in a critical condition after the incident, which occurred on the A483 at Cadle at around 10.30pm.

The crash involved a red Mini Cooper, a white BMW and a blue Ford Mondeo, which was travelling in the opposite direction to the Mini Cooper and BMW.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving in connection with the crash.

South Wales Police confirmed he was currently in custody.
