Don’t compound disaster with debt

REF Clayton Jones (Western Mail, February 20 and 25)... Mr Jones, you are right, it is all about priorities and the priority is to get help to flood victims as soon as possible, without tying up the whole process in bureaucracy and red tape.

We need to try to ensure disaster is not compounded by unaffordable debt or vulnerable people left in the clutches of loan sharks.
