Promises will be ‘quietly dropped’

SO it seems that 30 new hospitals, a high-speed rail iink and a bridge between Scotland and the north of Ireland are to be built without the need for “unskilled” immigrant labour... probably like many of Boris Johnson’s promises they will be “quietly dropped”...
