How they rated

-

FREDDIE WOODMAN

Decent saves to deny Stuart Dallas and Patrick Bamford in the opening half. Magnificent stop to thwart Bamford in the second half. Worrying injury late on.

KYLE NAUGHTON

Looked solid enough at the back as the Swans kept Leeds at bay until the death.

BEN CABANGO

Fortunate that Woodman made the save after the ball fell to Bamford in the first half. Generally did well, though.

MARC GUEHI

A colossus in the air. The defender did well against the threat of Bamford.

CONNOR ROBERTS

Caused plenty of problems on the right flank and was dangerous when he came in off his wing. Had to do more defensive work in the second half, but did it well.

JAY FULTON

Won possession on numerous occasions to ease the strain on those around him. Booked for his troubles.

MATT GRIMES

Vital defensive shift from the captain as the visitors controlled possession for long periods of the contest. Range of passing was top notch.

JAKE BIDWELL

Another great shift in the wing-back role. Bidwell was a real force in the air and tracked back well to give Swansea’s back three support when needed. Got forward at every opportunity.

ANDRE AYEW

Put himself about and was generally at the heart of things when Swansea launched counter attacks.

RHIAN BREWSTER

Had a few half-chances, but not much more. Booked in the first half for dissent, although that spice was needed as Swansea looked to rattle Leeds. Looked frustrated, but his efforts were vital. Subbed.
