Man dies following forecourt collision

A MAN has died after a collision with a truck on a garage forecourt in Flintshire yesterday.

Emergency crews arrived at the Premier Garage in Chester Road, Bretton, shortly after 8.40am, following reports of a collision on the forecourt. It involved a Ford Ranger truck and a man from the Midlands area.

The man was taken to hospital by ambulance crews, but police confirmed that he died as a result of his injuries.

The man’s next of kin have been informed by police.
