Prince delivers Queen’s Speech for the first time

-

HOW can you dare to talk about poverty and caring for people when you have this indulged, bloated, outdated pomp? Whilst pensioners and the poor are in fuel and food poverty these overblown, pompous individuals are claiming more per day just to sit there today than they have to live on in a week. The rhetoric is nothing more than that for the actuality of life in the UK today bears no resemblance to these unicorn promises. No mention of food banks, hungry children or the choice between eat or heat. Off they will go now to the restaurants and bars and all paid for by the long-suffering taxpayer. This whole expensive spectacle of robes and shiny buttons has no relevance to modern day society or its needs.

IT’S a shame William couldn’t have delivered that speech but that’s how the monarchy works.

Jewels Warwick

WELL done Charles, you did your mum proud.
