HS2 just a vehicle for second home-owners

HS2 will do nothing for north Wales, nor even the north of England, except allow more high earners from the south to buy up cheaper properties in these areas, thereby forcing more locals out of the housing market.

It is an ill-conceived folly that will benefit only a very small percentage of the population and do nothing to address the ever-increasing North/ South divide.
