Topstak will be showcasing its brand new outdoor cooking system – the Kamado Joe – on May 21, at the Vale of Glamorgan showroom, 10am-2pm. Kamado Joe chefs will be putting this ceramic BBQ and grill through its paces. It’s a multi-tasker – the Kamado Joe can sear, roast, bake, grill, smoke. There will be free food samples for guests to taste too. The Kamado Joe system em harnesses a 3,000-year-old cooking method from Asia – known for producing food with a massive depth of flavour and plenty of succulent juices. The modern rn version of this ancient ceramic outdoor cooker is strong, durable and light, as well as finely tuned to suit the needs of the modern cook. It also looks resplenden­t in its luscious coat of red paint.
