Time to plan an autumnal adventure at Bluestone National Park Resort

WHY IS BLUESTONE THE PLACE TO BE OVER THE COMING MONTHS? LETS SEE…

-

Bluestone National Park Resort has always been a popular place for families to explore the golden sands of the coast during the summer - but what happens when the sun isn’t shining? The good news is that the weather is never a problem at Bluestone. Come rain or shine Bluestone has a whole host of activities and entertainment for families to enjoy.

The resort lives by the motto ‘there’s no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes’, and the variety of things to do even when it’s a little wet and breezy is testament to this.

HERE’S WHY BLUESTONE IS THE PLACE TO BE IN THE COMING MONTHS…

Running from September 2 to November 6, 2022, Bluestone’s fall celebrations are in full swing with the Bwbach Festival. A fleet of scarecrows in all shapes and sizes plant themselves across the resort, as Bluestone is transformed into a spectacle of autumn colour. The festival includes harvest workshops and parties, as well as spooky science at the spectacular Pumpkin Lab Show. Over at the Serendome, there’s 7,000 sq.m of undercover fun! The Serendome is special as it means guests can enjoy the outdoors, indoors!

Its transparent roof protects everyone from the rain, but it doesn’t dampen any spirits. Home to exciting entertainment, play-areas, food stalls and even a Wacky Racers racetrack!

EXPLORE THE ACRES OF ROLLING COUNTRYSIDE

With over 500 acres of countryside to explore, Bluestone is home to striking natural beauty, made even more stunning when coloured orange and gold by the autumn months.

Don’t forget to pack your wellies too, as everyone can enjoy jumping in puddles and spotting wildlife on one of the many nature trails.

IN NEED OF SOME REST AND RELAXATION?

For those looking for some rest and relaxation, Bluestone’s 5* bubble-rated, Well Spa, invites guests to relax and unwind with treatments inspired by the Pembrokeshire Coast along with a thermal suite of saunas and steam rooms to soothe the mind, body, and soul. Every break at Bluestone includes free entry to the Blue Lagoon Water Park too. The sub-tropical park is perfect for a warm dip or re-energising swim alongside all the fun out in the crisp autumn weather.

THE IDEAL BASE FOR EXPLORATION

Bluestone’s luxurious self-catering lodges are the perfect base. Lodges sleep from four to 14 people so there’s room

to bring the whole family.

All the lodges have WiFi access, modern appliances and are equipped with everything from bed linen to a dishwasher and a flat screen TV.

There are also seasonal specials across the resort. Whether guests fancy a pub lunch at the Knights Tafarn, or a pumpkin spiced latte with a slice of cake at Tŷ Coffi, there’s always a range of tasty treats available!
