NARBERTH and Bargoed are champions of Admiral Championship West and East respectively after their victories at the weekend.
Centre Hedd Nicholas scored a hat-trick to inspire Narberth to a crushing 61-7 win over Maesteg Quins in their final match of the season in the West Division.

Ashley Sutton, Ianto Griffiths, Josh Hamer and Ilan Phillips also crossed. Jonathan Rogers kicked five conversions and Griffiths three.

It means Bargoed, Cardiff Met, Cross Keys, Ystrad Rhondda and Newbridge are the five promoted teams in the East.

Treorchy finally got their first win at the 20th time of asking as they beat Rumney 17-13.
Newcastle Emlyn joined the promoted teams from the West – Narberth, Brecon, Llangennech and Bonymaen – without even playing.
That is after Dunvant were defeated 54-24 at home by Llangennech.
No. 8 Jordan Saunders led the way with a hat-trick for Llangennech. Louis Rees (2), Harrison Button, Osian Evans and a penalty try were their other try scorers.
Steff Marshall kicked four conversions and Osian Evans two.
Bonymaen came from 25-5 down to win 31-25 at Ammanford.
Nick Clancy grabbed the winning try with Scott Clancy, Andrew Pritchard and two tries from Garan Williams also on the scoresheet.
Lawrence Thomas kicked the conversions.
