MULTI-MILLION POUND HOMES IN CORNWALL ALMOST SOLD OUT

-

A multi-million pound collection of luxury riverside homes in north Cornwall has almost sold out – within weeks of going on the market.

Designed by CSA Architects and built by multi award-winning Legacy Properties, Woodlands an exclusive development in Newquay, comprising ten four- and five-bedroomed houses with far-reaching views of Crantock beach and the Gannel estuary.

Set within a 1.2-acre site, with landscaped private and communal gardens and direct access to the river, the properties each carry a price tag of up to £1.15-million.

Nine of them have already been sold, even though work on the site only started in August. They’re due for completion in Autumn 2019.

“We know there’s strong buyer demand for high-end coastal houses, and we expected to sell one or two off-plan – but to sell 90% them before we started the build is fantastic,” said Legacy Properties’ managing director, Nick Long.

“Woodlands is our flagship project; these are high spec, top quality architect-designed homes in a magnificent riverside setting.

“They’re a substantial investment, but prime sites like this are a rare find so I’m not surprised that most of them have been snapped up so quickly.”

Legacy is building the homes from the finest quality locally-sourced materials, featuring state-of-the-art appliances and Crestron home automation technology. Each house will extend across three floors, with reverse living accommodation and private south-facing balconies offering dazzling front row seats across the estuary and beyond.

The properties will enjoy gated access, secure private parking, and an NHBC ten-year warranty.

Legacy Properties, which is based at Quintrell Downs, is an award-winning family-owned premium developer which has been building luxury coastal homes in Cornwall for the last ten years.
