“It’s a great town, especially if, like us, you have young children,” said Julian.

“Our kids love the skate park, the walk along the front with an ice-cream, of course, and the variety of places to eat and drink that are kiddie friendly.”

Julian joined the Exeter Chiefs as a player in 2015 and also became a coach at the end of last season.

Outside of rugby, Julian and Moray have launched their own property development company – Tomahawk Homes.

And they are such fans of the Teignbridge area that their first project is in... Kingsteignton.

In the film, Julian and Moray can be seen talking to, among others, Paul Matthews at the Crab Shack, Steve Boricic, who runs the Pavilions venue, and Sam Chisholm, Centre Manager and Chief In- structor at Sea Sports South West.

Complete Operations Director Jade Boyles-White said this was the first of many videos that she wanted to give potential purchasers a flavour of the communities they were looking to buy properties in.

Moray said he and Julian really enjoyed getting to know better some of the local char- acters they had knew from previous visits.

He added: “The thing that really struck us was just how passionate people are about the town. There is a genuine enthusiasm and sense of pride there.”
