Argyle duo sent out on loan

-

PLYMOUTH Argyle duo Ryan Law and Klaidi Lolos have signed for National League South side Chippenham Town on one- month loans.

They could make their debuts in the away game against Welling United on Saturday.

That will be followed by a FA Trophy second round tie at Ebbsfleet United next Tuesday.

Chippenham are 14 th in National League South with 12 points from 11 games.

They were leading 1- 0 in their away match at Tonbridge Angels in midweek when it was abandoned due to fog.

Argyle manager Ryan Lowe said: “We have a good relationship with their manager, Mike Cook.

“He spent some time with us last year, working with Schuey ( Argyle assistant boss Steven Schumacher) on his A Licence.

“We know he’s an excellent coach who plays the right way. It’s a good opportunity for Klaidi and Lawsy to get some game time under their belt at a competitive. level.”

Left-sided defender Law, 21, started all three of Argyle’s EFL Trophy group games earlier this season.

He was also a late substitute in the 3- 2 Carabao Cup first round win against Queens Park Rangers at Home Park in September.

Law spent time on loan to Gloucester City in 2018/ 19 and all of last season with Truro City.

Lolos started two of the three EFL Trophy ties, and scored his first senior goal from the penalty spot in the 3- 2 defeat by Norwich City at Home Park.

The 20- year- old striker netted four times in nine appearances during a loan spell at Dorchester Town last season.
