With jewellery so high in demand the auctioneers have recruited a full time gemmologist, Tracey Still who will head up the jewellery department arranging specialist valuation events and offer expert advice for buyers and sellers alike.

PAR have also recruited a full time professional photographer and media assistant, they have developed an efficient in house packing and shipping service, alongside new easy ways in which you can have your goods valued to include WhatsApp valuations. Looking back over 2020 Paul says “demand for Rolex watches, particularly sport models remains high, now is a great time to sell, values of good diamonds also are rising and with such a huge online market we are able to achieve some remarkable prices in line with London auction houses. “However it’s always a pleasure to handle interesting collectables and this year has been no exception with the sales of the Reverend Garner collection of cap badges, the Ralph Short collection of gold and diecast models alongside many curious and antiques.

The new year starts with the launch of an exciting new website, and also some new specialist collectors auctions.
