The auctioneers are delighted to been handling part two of an extensive private collection of James Bond rare books. Following the successful collection of part one raising an impressive £2800 in December there are now a further 15 books coming up for auction in March. Of particular interest is the very rare first edition and first impression of Diamonds are Forever, published in 1956 with original dust jacket. It’s possible that this could sell for as much as £1,000.

From 1965 is a first edition of Ian Fleming’s ‘The Man with the Golden Gun’, this also has its dust jacket and is estimated of £300 to £400. More affordable and a good place to start a collection is ‘From Russia with Love’, a 1962 first at just £150 guide price.
