FISHERMEN have only to wait a few weeks before change-over arrangements for fresh EU food imports slow right down and get more expensive, creating fresh food shortages that could easily change the UK diet in favour of eating more fresh UK fish.

It will also mean Britons can once again try high quality fish, which for so long the cheating quota system has diverted to wasteful and expensive continental restaurants, which only our wealthy friends travelling abroad could pay for while on holiday.
