NHS deserves all the credit for jabs roll-out

-

THE NHS vaccine roll-out is proving to be a success, with estimated dates for the all vital second jabs being brought forward.

It’s no coincidence that Tory backed donor firms have not been involved. Johnson himself has been kept away from the vaccination program. Keeping things in-house and letting the NHS do the jobs they have been trained for is clearly the way forward.

The BBC and other Tory media outlets have been keen to shower credit on Johnson for the vaccine roll-out but it’s the NHS that should be receiving all the credit.

If Johnson had been allowed to follow his previous tactics of handing out lucrative contracts to cronies with no experience we would be staring at another government led fiasco.

Imagine how different things could have been if the government had used the NHS for Test and Trace instead of their pals in the private sector.

Some Track and Trace consultants are being paid £7k a day. In just four days they will earn what the average NHS nurse earns in a year.

Johnson has been using the pandemic to shield the fact he has been using dumper trucks to deliver billions of taxpayers cash to his wealthy cronies.
