Labour legacy left us all nearly bankrupt

MAY I remind all the left wingers who bombard these pages with their tiresome anti-Boris, antigovernment rhetoric that the last four Labour governments left the country nearly bankrupt.

If these sad people were around in the 60s and 70s and can remember the dire state the country was in under a union-dominated Labour government they might, I repeat just might, realise exactly why I left the party, as well as resigning as a union rep.

Believe me gentlemen, things haven’t changed.
