Keep cash option for parking meters

WHILE the lockdowns have been with us I have dreamt of days out. One of those trips was to be to Cirencester. However, to be able to park there you now need technology instead of cash.

Oh well, that is one place off my list of places to go. Not everyone is tech savvy. I thought the council would want to help shops, not stop people from visiting. Mrs T Newman
