There’s a restless spirit in the air as a special celebration is being arranged. You will be making the most of this bright and buoyant atmosphere at the moment. The air will not be without a hint of romance if you are single, this will be a great time to go on a date.

GEMINI May 22-June 21

The further you get into it the more interesting you will start finding a creative project. This will lead you to making a longer commitment to this effort than you had first intended. Actions of a neighbour are somewhat unpredictable. You will prefer to keep well out of their way.

CANCER June 22-July 23

An extravagant friend will disagree but you will suggest alternative social arrangements to the ones they put forward. Your idea is to keep costs low. They have other ideas. Even so, you are in control of your own spending and if they insist on going ahead with their plans, you might pull out.

LEO July 24-Aug 23

You won’t have to ask. Someone will do you a favour because they realise what you need. The chance to get closer to a relative who has been distant of late will present itself. Be careful not to allow negative thoughts about their recent behaviour to get in the way of reconciliation.

VIRGO Aug 24-Sept 23

Jobs from earlier in the month need finishing. Yet you will be thinking about a venture you hope to start soon. Household finances need attention and since no one else seems interested it will be up to you to take a look at the budget to make sure spending is kept within a certain range.

Keep your lips tightly sealed when you’re with someone who is unusually touchy. Nothing you say or do is going to be right. You sense this by the mood they are in. Although you have a right to be annoyed with them, getting into an argument will exaggerate an already tense situation.

Increasing responsibilities are starting to exhaust you. You enjoy challenges and hard work but you aren’t liking the way you are being taken advantage of at work right now. Next time your boss expects you to take on extra jobs without even asking, flatly refuse to accept any more.

An elderly relative will turn their nose up at some of your ideas. If they are important to you, refuse to let them persuade you to change your mind. You knew there would be a mixed reception within the family to some of the things you have to say. Stand your ground.

Someone in the family is determined to make some changes. They may even have made plans without consulting anyone. You aren’t the only one who will not be happy with their behaviour. Brace yourself for some upheaval. There is a strong chance that you will relocate.
