Poldark filming coming to a close

This picture shows what is believed to be the final scenes shot in the BBC hit drama of Poldark and they include Aiden Turner – and a wedding.

The star of the period show, who plays Ross Poldark, was seen filming with a mystery young lady on set.

Behind the scenes pictures of a wedding during the filming were also captured and are believed to involve Amelia Clarkson as Rosina with Tom York as Samuel ‘Sam’ Carne, the Methodist preacher.

The images were taken at a very windy and damp Penberth Cove in Cornwall, and are believed to be the final ones shot on location in the county.

It could also provide clues to the much-anticipated finale of Poldark and came just a day after the last scenes were filmed at Charlestown in Cornwall surrounded by extra security.
