Quicker we get away from EU the better

-

I completely agree with Kate Templeton (“Environmental impact of ‘super’ greenhouses”, WMN letters,

November 29).

I watched the programme and was disgusted. It seemed that so was Simon Reeves, who looked shocked at what he found was going on.

Spain is supposed to be an EU country. It was obvious that the poor people who were working for that company, were being treating like slaves, the properties they were living in were completely illegal.

These poor people were to afraid to complain, or return to their own home country. It seems that there is one law for us in the UK and a different one for other countries in the EU.

They pay no attention what so ever to any so called EU law, they do their own thing. They do not cut the amount of fish they catch, or the size of it.

They land it all and sell it all, they should not be catching fish in UK waters in the first place, at the same time they laugh at the UK when we obey the EU laws, which they ignore.

So the quicker we get away from the EU and stop paying our hard earned tax to these EU countries and their over paid bureaucrats and spend our own money on the things that we need the better.
