Time for another people’s vote

It takes intelligence and courage to cooperate with other Europeans, where wrapping yourself in the flag does not. Just look at the urgent list of problems that need attention.

The health service, education service, police service, prison service, armed services, local government services, to name a few.

To adopt a Brexit that makes the country poorer when we have such a list of outstanding problems is simply crazy. All the above require remedies that depend on having enough money to invest in the solutions that the majority of the population depend on.

If you believe we can avoid becoming the sick man of Europe again by ploughing our own furrow – think again.

Now we know what

Theresa May’s deal will do to us it is time for another people’s vote. If the result is to leave then we will have proved that turkeys do indeed vote for Christmas.
