Party-swap MPs should stand down

-

YES the coup predicted by the antidemocratic MPs in Parliament has indeed taken place. By such diverse groups as Plaid Cymru, the SNP, the Labour Party, the Liberal Democrats, the Green party and Conservative rebels without a clue.

The fact Corbyn’s Labour Party and the rebel Conservatives all promised in their manifestos to honour the Brexit vote of the EU referendum of 2016 makes themselves allies of the SNP and Plaid Cymru which want nothing less than the breakup of the United Kingdom. The Liberal Democrats and Greens which have both said they would not honour the outcome of a people’s vote that they have been campaigning for so long if it didn’t give them the result they wanted, shows all that is wrong and fundamentally undemocratic in this group of MPs.

They are oblivious to the fact than in the real world outside of both Houses at Westminster the people want an end to these shenanigans and deceit, they aren’t acting on behalf of the people at all. ]

The ever-growing popularity of Johnson and the Tories against a fall in support for Labour and the Lib/ Dems in the recent opinion polls shows the general public aren’t fooled by their trickery and fake sincerity.

The news showing 73 MPs in this Parliament have switched sides clearly shows they can’t be trusted, that most of them have gone from Labour and the Tories to the Liberal Democrats, some by very circular roots to a party that has flexible principles.

Those MPs were elected by partyfaithful voters with promises in the manifesto to leave the EU.

There should be a law in place that any MP leaving their party must face a by-election. If that were the case today those 73 would have been replaced and of course they know it.
