Town full of strangers who should be home

ALL through the Christmas holiday there have been strangers in town, despite the pandemic. What on earth is going on?

My Christmas visitors didn’t come as we thought the Government had stopped them from coming. Apparently this was not the case – it was only voluntary!

So what we actually had were local people not coming home, thinking they were being responsible, and the town full of strangers, mostly from high Covid areas, selfishly in town giving us their germs.

Most of the food bought will go in the bin, and an old man spent Christmas alone.

Why should this be? It’s a ridiculous situation and needs to be sorted out. It’s simply not on.
