Racist stickers – man is arrested
A MAN has been arrested after police in Brixham highlighted a series of racial abuse incidents in the town.
They said that throughout 2020, the town had been “periodically blighted” by racially abusive stickers being posted to lamp posts, bus shelters and buildings.
A spokesman said: “This has understandably caused a lot of distress within the community.”
Now they have announced that a man has been arrested and interviewed about the incidents before being released on bail, pending further inquiries.
