Help on the home front is needed now!

THROUGHOUT our history the Royal Navy has been the first to help in disasters all over the world, providing essential lifesaving supplies to stricken people. We in Dartmouth are at the end of the transport line; buses are infrequent and not recommended at the moment, not everyone has the privilege of private transport to go to vaccination hubs. Perhaps the MoD could instruct the Britannia Royal Naval College to help with provision of vaccination to local people and surrounding villages?
