IT’S an odd format, but one that seems to work. Survival expert and man’s man, aka someone like Bear Grylls, or in this case ex Royal Marine Commando Ant Middleton, takes a celeb into the wilderness where they spill their feelings out over a campfire.
Last year, Ant travelled to the Namibian desert with One Direction’s Liam Payne, where they talked candidly to each other about life and everything.
It must be something to do with the fresh air or lack of decent food.
This time, Ant spends some one-to-one time with Australianborn actress Rebel Wilson for more honest conversation and self-discovery.
Ant says the actress is “afraid of nothing” as she joins him following her 40-pound weight loss.
He says viewers will see a different side to the Pitch Perfect star as they take on a gruelling journey in Mexico.
Marooned, with only a 4x4, a backpack and each other for company, Rebel opens up about her “year of health”.
