Stop blaming Boris for the virus crisis
I AM so fed up listening to journalists, opposition MPs and others complaining about Boris Johnson and blaming him for the new viruses and for the way Covid 19 is spreading.
He and his Government can only do so much and it is then the responsibility of the general public to help stop this pandemic. But many selfish, irresponsible people won’t obey Government rules and continue to hold raves, parties and other large gatherings.
It is time complainers stopped blaming Boris and his party for everything.
One of the worst offenders is
Keir Starmer. He does nothing but complain all the time, I don’t think he knows the meaning of “praise”. He always looks miserable.
All he is really interested in is to bring the Government down and become the next Prime Minister.
This awful pandemic has been a big learning curve for everyone in all countries and how can our Government or any other government predict what this virus is going to do next, even within a few short weeks? Experience has shown we can’t.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I am sure our Prime Minister would have done some things differently, as others would have done as well.
The huge numbers of people who have lost their lives is a terrible tragedy, but Britain is only a small country with a very large population compared to other countries.
It is the European Union’s fault that they were late in ordering the AstraZeneca vaccines, and we should not be blamed if they are short of the vaccine.
If it had been us ordering late from them, they would have said: “Tough, it’s your fault!”
