After the birth of her second child, Louise Reed decided to leave her fulltime job and became a proud owner of online toyshop Little Nutkins.

During the first lockdown of 2020, Louise’s biggest challenges were increasing her busito new audiences.

“I learnt lots – from technical steps to set up my Google My Business page through to general business support and advice,” says Louise. “I have also been optimising my Google My Business profile and shopping listings.” -
