With Mel Giedroyc on top form as host, aided by Lou Sanders writing down all the dastardly details, this has a lewd, late-night chat show feel.

The general idea is that the guests come clean over their most despicable deeds, chipping away at the glossy exterior of celebs that we usually see.

Worst confessions win the least points. Loser wins. Mel can award -10 points if she strikes her ‘wrong gong’, for particularly shocking tales.

In this episode, Graham Norton reveals a lie to his mother that went too far, leading him to having his appendix removed.
