Cooking with James Martin
THE man behind one of the South West’s top gastropubs will cook in front of a primetime TV audience this weekend after being invited on to James Martin’s Saturday Morning show.
John Hooker, who runs the Cornish Arms in Tavistock, is filling a big chunk of the ITV1 Saturday morning special, from 9.30am, by cooking his Sladesdown Roast Duck for the cameras.
The programme was prerecorded in December at James’s TV studio in Hampshire.
