No holidays for the wartime generation

SENSIBLE people may book a holiday at the moment but they shouldn’t pay any money in advance. That would be like booking a world cruise for the summer of 1941.

When faced with Nazi domination, we oldies had to wait six years before taking a holiday. Let the luxurymongers match our performance of 75 years ago... and wait.
