Bikers damage Devon burial site

A GROUP of bikers breaching coronaviru­s lockdown rules damaged a burial site in North Devon. Lynton Police revealed that three off-road motorcycle­s were seen around Parracombe Common on the afternoon of Sunday, February 7.

Further investigat­ion revealed that they had damaged a Bronze Age burial ground several thousand years old. Officers are now seeking witnesses to the incident, which occurred at around 2pm.
