Woman’s body is found near Beer

THE body of woman has been found at the bottom of cliffs in East Devon.

The discovery, which has just been reported, was made by police on February 11 near the seaside village of Beer.

A search of the area was conducted with the police helicopter and HM Coastguard crews also being dispatched to assist officers.

In a statement, police confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious. A file is being prepared for the coroner.
